Sorry The Colts will give Grossman all he can handle. Colts pull away in the 4th quarter 28-14

Man, good thing the Bears have such athletic receivers. Rex throws SOOOO many crappy passes into such tight coverage. Did you see the touchdown pass he threw on Sun? The receive had to make a diving, rolling catch in double coverage to come down with it. Anyway, "Da Bears" have a great team, I just think Rex is over-rated and makes bad choices, he's no Kitna though.

IA! How've you been, my man? You haven't been around much.
There's a Da Bears thread floating around somewhere, I was hoping my fellow Chicagoian would drop in and help me with some trash-talking.
Stick around and post a little, eh?

What's up, fellow Bear fan? Long time... yeah, I love a little trash talk every now and again. I mean, I would totally try and make fun of Giterdone for bashing a Superbowl quarterback such as Grossman, but seeing as though he seems to be a fan of Larry the Cable Guy, I'll just let him sit there and be a Larry the Cable Guy fan... that's enough harm already.

aww come one I can take it. I'll do my bashing after the Super Bowl :D
Don't get me wrong I have nothing against the Bears but Grossman isn't exactly the best player on that team.
Hester is the Shit though. I love watching him run one back, just not against Colts.
PS I'm a Bengals fan in case you really want something to bash me about lol
welcome back IA - even though your bears will be CRUSHED by the Colts in the superbowl -its nice to have you back around - at least as an object of derision
Nice to see ya back IA.

True, would've been a bit better if it could've ended after the Super Bowl though. But hey, I got to go to Soldier Field and watch the Saints play for an NFC championship, I can live with that result...for now.

Sure(until midway 3rd quarter of course), I'd never been to Soldier field, obviously had never seen the Saints go that far, I had alot of fun while it lasted. Looking forward to next year!

I'm not a fan of either team, but I guess I'm rooting for the Bears. I've read repeatedly that Manning is a real dick in everyday life, so it's hard to root for him.

I don't find that to be true at all, he's a New Orleans guy and he's due, so it's not hard to root for him at all for me.

I guess you can never know for sure... you know how people talk and how rumors get started. I'm just not a fan of the Mannings in general.

He's so good and such a general on the field, it would be a shame for him not to get a ring. Marino 2.

why should i now say that? hes really great, hes a robot plus coach the way he runs the line of scrimmage and the way he plays so great, he will probably be a head coach if he wants to be

He's a robot? Why is he allowed to play in the league then?

i meant the way he plays football, finding the open guy EVERY time in the regular season though let me remind you i am not standing up for his post season play

Robots shouldn't be allowed to play in the NFL. Is this why he never gets hurt?

I think the fact that he's so mechanical is his downfall come playoff time. The playoffs bring the best out of players, they're not thinking about stats, injury or anything else besides winning so they're going all out. Manning on the other hand seems to stay stuck in the same gear all the time, it doesn't look like he's got that extra level that Favre, Montana, Elway ect. have. That said, I truely hope he proves me wrong next week.

thats true, he is a less than 15 yards guy usually, and it wins games in the regular season

I'm still pretty annoyed with this whole robot deal. That is really unfair and I think that the Colts should be kicked out of the NFL for this!

You said he was a robot. Of course I know that he isn't fully robot, but stop trying to cover for him.
