The original series was really the only supernatural based tv show of the 70's besides Dark Shadows.

Dan Curtis produced both DS and TNS

It starred Darren McGaven (the father in A Christmas Story) as a reporter who delved into stories with bizarre twists.

Great storylines, excellent cast chemistry, and tacky special effects makes this a joy to watch even today.

If you've never seen this show, and are fans of Medium and such, watch The Night Stalker for what it is and when it was produced.

I'm old and I LOVE this Cartoon Network show.

If you've never seen it, Billy :p is a pinhead and he's friends with Mandy  who's never smiles. They win the friendship and slavery of the Grim Reaper  himself. Sick, twisted, adult appreciative fun.

I like the episode where billy wants to slay a dragon to become a real hero as defined by Grim. :D
