Have you ever though you where being followed?
Once when I was on my way home maybe around 2am, I got of the bus and had about a 20 minute walk home, When I got of the freeway I noticed this family station wagon was driveing slowly behind me.
Each time I turned around it would pull to the side of the road, but All I could see was the headlights and the motor sounded realy rough. After stopping and turning around about 3 times I turned down a lane way which had another path lead of it , kind of cutting the corner, on the corner was a playground, Normally I would walk to the corner and turn left, but I got onto this path behind the playground and hid in the shadows.
I watched as the wagon drove by slowly then speed of, I walked home realy briskly, and hit play on my tape player, it played a Bell and Sebastian song, "It's not your money that there after boy it's you" that was the first line I heard. I was pretty freaked out.
This was about 7 years ago, I was over it the next day, have you had anything like this happen?

In college, I was shot at once from a car that had been following a friend and I (who were on foot). Although they missed us, they killed a guy later that night and went to jail. I still feel lucky about that one.

We usually go out pretty late at night...so the presence of someone else always makes me just a little apprehensive, even though they're probably just people who like the night like we do, either way, doesn't worry me much, we're both capable of defending ourselves.
What I can't stand is motherfuckers that totally tailgate you, say if you're shopping or whatever, or just walking around...It's literally pissed me off so damn much that I've stopped dead in my tracks a few times, which causes the inconsiderate person to run into me...I know I don't budge, but they tend get jarred. Of course, then they look at me like I'M the one that's done something wrong...shit, I'm just teaching them an important lesson about personal space that ecidently they missed.
If I ever get any lip about it, I'll just tell 'em straight up that if they weren't on my ass, wouldn't have happened.
Also hate people that follow you with noisy shoes/bags with zippers and things hanging off that constantly make sound or those that scrape their feet, or jingly things (ASIANS especially here, well with the jingly stuff...I don't know how some of them live life unsatisfied unless they're a shiny, jingly flashing fool) As for the rest, ought to pick their damn feet up...sometimes I don't know how they don't irritate themselves.
If ever it seems like I'm in a situation where I AM, or we ARE being followed, I'll stop right there and step to the side, turn around...see what happens. she's got a chain, I've got, well....anger, and neither of us are exactly victim size.

Once i felt a chill run down my back as i was getting off the train
I dunno why but ..there was this guy who was on the same train as me from town..'i never take my car into town cos of parking prices'..so i arranged for one of my friends to meet me with my car at the papakura train station for when i get back.
Ok...we arrive back to Papakura and as em getting off ..i get this chill ..like somebodies watching me..i turn around and this guy is staring at me ..like real intense..our eyes met and he tried to look away.
So i march up to the dude n asked if he had some sort of eye defect or something...then i left.
As i was walking to the carpark..i heard footsteps .turned around and it was the same guy...
so cool..so calm..so collective...I FUCKEN RUN IT!! 'i hate running ..understand'
n this guy was actually running after me.
my friends see this guy chasing me so they jump out and chase his sorrry ass down..LOL...fuck when he saw my 2big burly maori boys jump out of the car ..he took off like a bat out of hell.
They never caught him..but we got a good description.
The next day it was reported that a woman was raped in the park adjacent to the train station..n the guy fitting the description..
NOW..!! em chaperoned to and from the car .. when ever i catch a train whether i like it or not...by 5 or more maori guys.
People don't follow me.
They tend to cross the road when they see me coming. :(

I get followed in town a lot, on Main St. I live in a quaint little town that's gotten huge in the past few years, and there are always weirdos and assholes cruising downtown. So I carry a knife. Better safe than sorry.

That pisses me off to the limits.
Em in a good mood and em talking,
maybe its my tone but em always questioned about my mood.
Why are you angry.?is the norm question to me.

this is so true.
I became very nasty after being shat on for so long.
Em happy to say i have no enemies or i can honestly say there is nobody out
there who holds any grudges against me ..but its annoying when ppl
are hesitant when they speak to me..
they watch thier words very carefully. :o

the fun part is when people at work know someone's pissed me off, they stay well out of the way... even though i don't take my temper out on anyone else... i can hear them in the corridor outside my office saying things like "you ask her" "i'm not asking her, you do it" that's really funny
