So new that it's not even in production yet, but you still felt it was necessary to spam about ! Brilliant !

Ok sorry for the long delays. A new poster has been added, text at the bottom to be finalised. Principal photography in final stages, should finish Sunday 4th Feb. Pickups to be done over the next month or so, then it's off to post for vfx, sound and editing.

Here's a few production stills...

cool. what's the funniest thing that's happened on set so far?

We were doing a stabbing shot where one of the girls stabs a killer in the shoulder with a butcher knife. We set the props up - A cabbage under a coat with a blood balloon on it. Next thing to do was frame the shot and stab the prop. Easy! Well for the next 30mins we could not stab the knife through the coat! It's an army issue goretex all weather coat, and getting the knife through it was pretty hard. We had blood dribbling out underneath, but no stab wound. It looked pretty funny.

Another funny one, well, funny now, but not at the time, we set up a big stunt, one take to get it right. Everything went well, the shot looked great. When the rushes were reviewed later on, it turned out that the shot was recorded over!!!! (we're shooting digital HD) So we had to set the whole thing up and shoot it again the next day. Put us behind a bit, but at least we can laugh about it.

Oh, and I wrecked a darkenss shot with my stupid stills camera flash! But we won't talk about that too much. hahaha!

I think it's been about 25 days. Plus 2 pick up days. We've shot nearly 30 hours of footage so far. I'm glad it's not me that has to go through it all!

Lucky - we're only getting 20 shooting days for our movie. We roll March 12.

Keep your chin up - the fun part is coming, editing.

haha! I'm the vfx supervisor, so there's going to be quite a few cg shots to get through before the final cut.

What's the film you're working on?

I'm a screenwriter on a film called DAMNED that's in pre-production in Kansas City right now. I'm in LA and emailing rewrites on a daily basis in the "fine-tuning" phase before camera's roll.

Just saw some more concept designs on the cabin we're building (and subsquently, burning) and I'm getting excited.

Good on you mate. All the best of luck, I hope it turns out well for you. You'll have to put a thread on these horror forums so we can check out the progress.

Again, good luck mate!
