wrong turn was AWESOME but yeah, a lot of the fun of being a horror fan is being able to take the good w/ the bad. i can laugh at some things even if i love them. i LOVE halloween but there's a serious part in the movie when loomis is trying to convince the sheriff of just how crazy mike is and it gets me every time!
"staring at the wall, not seeing the wall, looking past the wall, looking at this night..." i don't know. it was funny to me. that and in part 4 when loomis goes into the water to investigate the remains of the ambulance and it's victims and he realizes that michael's not there. "he's gone. the evil is gone." his tone is so flat and he sounds so tired. poor loomis, can't catch a break! that part makes me laugh, too.

I laughed my arse off at Dog Soldiers, don't get me wrong I loved it but I couldn't help but cheer on the werewolves.
My friends gave me dirty looks when I was cheering and clapping at the werewolf as he knawed off Terry's head, and then threw it on the hood of the range rover.

Yes, especially over the top ones like Evil Dead 2, Dead Alive, Army of Darkness, Frighteners, Frankenhooker, Brain Damage, etc. That's my fave sub-genre too.

Evidently, Im not the only one that finds hollywoods death and dismemberment easy to laugh at... Everyone I know claims I have issues.... when they are covering their eyes and hiding their faces in their sweatshirts Im laugh and mocking obvious taglines of the movie. THANK YOU everyone who laughs are horror movies finally I dont feel alone and dirranged..okay ..maybe not alone but of course I have issues who doesnt? right?
