What film is this?

I remember seeing a film in my early teens, but I've never been able to figure out what it was...

The scene that I remember is a woman having her head held inside an oven by the killer. There are shots from inside the oven showing her skin blistering, etc, pretty harrowing in its day.

I think it was some sort of slasher, and the woman may have been a babysitter (not many films like that...:p )

I honestly think I can remember what scene you are describing, but I can't think of the title either, i'm sorry.

I spent the night searching the web for this. I found another 3 sites where people were asking what this film was. Nobody seems to know. One site specialises in finding rare films, and they couldn't find it. The title they came up with was 'diary of a maniac', but this was made in 1993, so it can't be that.

Bit more info. From what the others have been talking about it, I can remember more...

It's an italian slasher made in the 70's. Some big guy kills a guy in the woods using a circular saw. He then goes on to a house which has two kids (one is disabled) and a babysitter. He kills the babysitter by holding her head in an oven. Boy escapes, and the disabled girl somehow manages to kill the killer (not sure how).

I have to find out what this is... :confused:
