I have a little Herschell Gordon Lewis fan!!!

He just sat through ALL of 2000 Maniacs...Without diverting his attention away from the screen even ONE time...Such an intelligent baby...And only just turned 10 months old...I am absolutely beaming...

Of course, his hyper, happy dancing to the banjos playing DOES concern me a little...

I can completely relate :)

Lily is almost 11 months old (Nov 1) and so far was rapt with 3 Faith No More videos in a row and sat still staring through another that i cant remember, it was either Korn or Alice in Chains, and she loved them. I told Bree i'll have her on Nine Inch nails before she is 2 :D

The funny thing is that she is almost completely uninterested in TV, so it's a big deal when she pays attention to something.

Weird isnt it? we both have kids roughly the same age, and apparently equal in coolness (excluding parental bias, of course;))

Lily and I watch Invader Zim at 9 on Saturdays and Sundays for her bottle, every weekend. If sshe starts freaking out on the changing table (which ispretty common) i talk to her in my best Gir voice. it confuses her quiet at the very least.

Aren't kids just incredible?

I was just thinking that I wished WE had Zim on television...But, honestly, if we DID, we'd never get to see it...We almost never watch television...It's just basicly just a screen for viewing VHS and DVDs...Even when there's something that we REALLY wanna see...We can never remember which channel, which night, what time...

For THIS reason, I can't wait for the Metalocalypse DVDs to come out...We have watched the episodes online, but have only caught a couple on tv...And THAT's only because we watch Adult Swim when only one of us is home and we don't want to watch movies without each other...

I still wonder though...Are there some ZIM episodes that I DON'T have that might be on tv?...I believe the set I have contains ALL of them...But...What if?

It almost makes me wanna have a kid... Grant it, I were mentally healthy enough to have one or at least responsible enough to have one.
