PORT CRANE, N.Y. A Binghamton-area woman's frisky behavior with a sheriff's deputy resulted in a trip to the county jail.
Authorities say a Broome County sheriff's deputy was checking on the Port Crane woman's welfare at the request of a friend.

According to the deputy, the 51-year-old woman locked the dead bolt on a door, grabbed him and kissed him several times on the cheek.

The deputy says he pushed the woman away but she grabbed him below the waist while singing a song and trying to dance with him.

At one point, the woman tried to remove the bathrobe she was wearing but the deputy advised her to leave it on.

The woman was charged with misdemeanor forcible touching. She was sent to Broome County Jail in lieu of 500 dollars bail.

"misdemeanor forcible touching"

Sounds like something they would have on the simpsons...

"The young man was arrested for having his music up to loud. The charges were public loudening and cruelty to ears."

I have such a great story relating to this that I can't help but laugh about whenever I see a story involving a bathrobe. I really don't feel like typing the whole story out because

a) I think I've already told it on here
b) it's a long story

but it ends with a drunk (and very much insane) frenchmen with a bathrobe open on a very cold and windy night and my friend and I having a funny/horrifying story to tell the grandkids.

Also we found out later that he wasn't who I thought he was which makes it worse. (This friend is no longer on speaking terms with me, but for other reasons)
