has anyone joined a yahoo group? i joined a alice cooper one but i dont get how it works, is it just all one e-mail sort of thing?

I joined one once but I still haven't really figured it out. I get occasional emails from them and I think there's like a bulletin board attheir group site, but I don't really get it either. The one I joined was for Minnesota Film-makers and I've basically gotten jackshit out of it except for a few spammed messages in my email box.

I've joined a few different yahoo groups. They're like continuous threads with people posting new topic posts...like a single thread with multitopics... It's hard finding places that are busy with people actually coming in all the time and posting...

Horror.com is cool, mainly because it's always more or less churning with activity.

i've posted a few replys back on the mails but i dont get how 2 work the site. like in one mail it said add pictures n i dont know how to. think i prefer forums better.
