The horror flick they made on Project Greenlight... Did anyoen ever actually see it? so far it looks like it was a straight to dvd release, whihc is pretty sad considering the coverage it got...

Id actually never heard of Project Greenlight before reading an article about this film in Fangoria...sounds like another dumb reality show, but the movie looks pretty decent.

I did watch the PGL show and am very interested in seeing this. Its getting a short theatrical midnight run in my parts as well, before its mid-october DVD release.

Its also getting pretty good reviews.

That sounds like a story a girl would make up when she would change her mind taking someone......;)

Sucks.

Rented this film from my work last night.
It is phenomenal. I loved it. Lots of gore, action, comedy, its all out fun. Acting is great dude to its small budget. I wish they would have released this in the theatres. Better then alot of horror flicks that get released nowadays.

I give it an 8.5 out of 10. Maybe even a 9. :)

did no one here watch the Project Greenlight all about this? They just ran a marathon of it on Friday.

And it did get a theatrical release, but just for one weekend. They released the film as a midnight only in several of the larger markets. Wierd release strategy, but I'm always happy to see someone try to bring the midnight movie back. I was supposed to see it, but shit happened.

Can't wait for it to come out on video

I watched the series last year.It was pretty interesting. The director seems like a dolt but he's very good and has a keen eye. Watched the movie last night and enjoyed it much.

Most of the things that I CAN manage to pull up in a search, are posts that have been made SINCE the upgrades...I can't get anything to come up from BEFORE:mad:

OH...I suppose I should merge these now, huh? :D

We watched last night, both of us liked it alot...everyone check the final seen after the credits are already rolling-ala Daredevil? Also, check the alternate ending.
Very, very entertaining...loved the profile snapshots as the characters appear.
How about Jay, from Jay and Silent Bob?

Hmmm.. If my wife hears about this, it will probably shit-can any chance of me seeing it. Not that she wants to see it anyway, we watche dproject greenlight and neither f us were too impressed with gulager as a person. Apparently he is a decent director though.

Lol!

She doesnt exactly determine what I watch, but the only time i am home, i am with her (i have a full work day and a 3 hour commute) so if she isnt interested, then it probably wont get watched. Thinmgs may chnage some on weekends soon since th ehousework we have abeen doing is practically finished, so we will have more than an hour or two free time and then we can go do our own thing.

For the past 4 months though. if we werent busy, we have been trying to fill all the intervening time with as much "us" time as possible.

Hank has a decent sized role, and he's actually pretty good, but no one lasts very long in this flick.
