Does anyone one read this series? I've been getting the trades and I like it alot. Was wondering what someone else thought.

Read it from the beggining...I think for the better part it's been pretty damn good. The "lost" style back stories are all very well done, and the premise is pretty interesting.
I have felt as though it has started to feel a little drawn out though, I thought 30-40 issues should've been enough to wrap this one up, but here we are at issue 50...not that it's a bad thing, I just think a few unneccessary plot points have been explored...I understand there's only 10 issues more to go, and I think they can keep it pretty readable up to that point though.
From beggining to end, this comic is a hell of a journey, with likeable, well rounded characters.
The intermittant moments of sheer brutality sometimes makes me yeargh...many situations hit you in the face as "what would you do?". Probably one of the better post-apocalyptic kinda titles I've read. Vertigo has for a long time been one of my favourite subsidiary labels, and titles like this are why.
Good stuff. I'd reccomend the trades to anyone.

I didn't know the series was ending that soon.
Oh well.
I will miss it.
And Yorick. He gets himself into some crazy situations. I laughed out loud when I saw the situation with the tabloid photog.
He is such a well written character, I will miss him.
