Then last night we were at the show with 45 Grave, Hematosis, Beneath The Calm and Hungry Lucy.....

Most of the time we hung out with 45 Grave because that was one of Dustin's all-time favorite bands from the time he was 7 years old

I'm sure everyone here knows who 45 Grave is, but just in case you don't...They did the soundtrack for Return Of The Living Dead...Dinah Cancer is their lead singer...They are actually working on a new CD after all this time...One of their original members is playing for the Germs now, but he'll be on the CD...I have tons of video, but no way to put it on here, so instead...Here's a buncha pictures :D

I mean, I thought opposites were supposed to attract and all that, but you have to have SOMETHING in common...

We were both construction workers, we met on a job at Proctor And Gamble, building an extension to the Ivorydale plant...Being in the same line of work, and being able to work together when it came to remodeling and maintaining the house, seemed to be the ONLY thing we had in common...But, as far as what kind of people we are...Well...He is very materialistic, shallow and always needing attention...He also lives on confrontation and feeds on turmoil...He would start fights everyday, just because he got some kind of excitement out of it...I have a 'head-sized' dent in the side of our old truck because he decided to get into a fight with someone at a bar (I hate bars, btw)...Basicly, he is a loud, obnoxious, overbearing, bully...

I was young when we got married...Stayed married for 17 years...Then got out the DAY that Seri asked me, "Why is he still here?"....It was obvious to everyone that we didn't get along...The 'keeping it together for the kids' thing doesn't work...The kids aren't buying it any better than you're faking it...

The funny thing is...I knew from the beginning exactly how the Scorpio/Leo thing plays out...But, I kept telling myself "It's just astrology...It doesn't really mean anything".....As it turned out...Our entire relationship can be read about in ANY (reputable) astrological compatibility chart....It was exactly as it says...

It's not really surprising to anyone who knows me in person...I mean, Seri calls me a dyke...And Dustin says I WALK "like someone whose about to kick some ass"...He just told me THAT one last night...He says I have a very aggressive walk (whatever that means...I wouldn't know...I can't see myself walk...lol)...I wasn't aware of it...Apparently I come off as a bit 'extreme, or intense"...At least that's what I'm told by all of my friends...All that I know for sure is that I have WAY too much energy, and construction work gave me a chance to use it...Now I have to use up that energy in other ways


Oh...I forgot to add...Whenever my friends met my ex, they always seemed surprised that I was ever with him...The first time Jonathan saw him, his exact words were "That's your ex?!..Dude...He is SO not your type"...lol
