Dear friends,
It has nothing to do with horror movies but it deals with the cruelty of life.
I am so sad today. I just heard about the passing of my uncle. He is th twin of my father. he just got cancer recently and yet he is gone. I feel powerless and shocked because of the fatality of Fate : 4 months ago, I did lose my father as well ( it was hard moment in my life). He died because of cancer too. Everyhting was so fast. All our family is depressed. They just lost two dear persons in a blick of an eye :( :( . I'm there in the land of the rising sun, far from them and feel bad today..

Just wanted to share this moment with you. Isn't it a "horrifying" side of Life !!! Though, I keep the faith that what happended is the best thing to happen, cause no one wants to see dearst people suffer..

Well, thank you my friends,

abunai is sad today.:(
see you tomorrow

PS; don't lose a single time to be with the ones you love and never think twice to tell them how much you dear them...:(

May They Rest in Peace !

Sorry for your pain, abunai.

Real life can be much worse than any movie, sometimes. It can be a lot better too, though. Stay strong and life will get better after a while, it always does.

Stay strong!

Dear Abunai,

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I don't personally know you, but to know that ANYONE is suffering is heartbreaking to me. I, myself, lost my favorite aunt to cancer a few years ago and it is a terrible thing. I don't know what your "beliefs" are but I know in my heart that there is a better place where we will no longer suffer from disease or pain or sadness, and where everyone we love is together again. Your Father and Uncle are together now and they would urge you to stay strong and remember the good memories you have of them.

Take care and don't hesitate to write us here and talk...sometimes it's easier to talk to "strangers".

Carrie

Thank you Ash and Carrie so much for caring. I never thought to get such nice replies.
Today, I feel much better. I was just talking with " strangers" as you say: people you know without really knowing them but in whom you find good friends. May be with the virtual world, some words such us " stranger", "friends" should be redefined, rethought.
Today was the funeral and I'm sure my uncle was happy to find his brother to welcome him as dad was happy to have a mate and what a mate.
Around 10p.m I took my bicycle and did bike far and fast. I like speed. I live in the countryside on Japan. At 10p.m, no more cars. It was nice. The stars were there. no clouds today and Mars as well. I was riding my bike looking at mars and wondering about the Beauty of mother nature. I felt God cheering me and I was seeing in the dark sky tow nice smiley faces : my father's and my uncle's. It was a nice imagination but it gave me hope that tomorrow is going to be better. I do believe in God and that We do make true our Fate. We kind of write our Destiney like kids do write letters when they first learn alphabet: rewriting the shady letters...

Well, that's another issue, Destiny and Fate.
Feel free to debate that if you would like to.

yours truly,
Your stranger friend ;)

PS: in arabic we say : "shokran" to mean thank you
Ash, You'll end up by learning Arabic as well as Japanese, Frensh and German :p

Jay...You're silly...But, the thread is here now, so here's my input on the subject:

Departing Angels

Angels are sent here, to rescue and to teach,
But, we can't expect them to hang around,
They will always be just beyond our reach,
As their feet never really touch the ground

We feel the pain as our angel departs,
Yet we must try not to weep,
What they give us, stays in our hearts,
But, an angel is never ours to keep

We mustn't mourn our lost serenity,
Instead we should feel blessed,
For the honor of touching such divinity,
When we deserve so much less

Be thankful for every minute,
Appreciate each day,
So you don't regret it,
When your angel goes away
