If you are interested in really really good marching bands, DCI (drum corps international) *finals are on tonight (tuesday) at 8:00 eastern! On espn 2. Watch!
(Yes, I know i'm a complete band nerd, but its really good, even if you don't know squat about band):rolleyes:

I've seen Drumline... is that at all like what you band kids do?

LMAO no. That's about as far as you get from real band. First off we don't wear turban things.....
Also, no, I am NOT in DCI, you have to be a marching god to be able to even try out.

is it the one in Indianapolis? i can't go to that one this year. it makes me sad.
usually our band (at least whoever's willing to pay for a ticket) takes a bus up there and watch it. it's awesome. i've been the last two years, but this year our director isn't taking a bus up there.
who's your favorite drum corp.?

Its in Wisconsin, and my favorite corp is easily the Cavaliers. Always has been, always will.

ahh. the Cavaliers are my second favorite. the first being the Phantom Regiments. i love them.
