MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Police in Minneapolis say a 15-year-old boy was fatally shot over a sports jersey.
The teen and his brother were walking in north Minneapolis on Saturday night when a group of young men demanded the jerseys the brothers were wearing.
The victim was removing his jersey when he was shot.
The teen would have started the new school year today at Edison High School. He's not been identified yet.
Police are asking anyone with information to call Minneapolis Police.
