there are so many 'bad' horror films, which is exactly what makes them great. Any HG Lewis flick is totally enjoyable to me but 100% crap to 99.99% of the world's population. that's what makes horror special, most of the world doesn't get it and we're just left to think about what it is we like about horror movies...
(scratching my head trying to figure out what's not to like).

fuck em, they marketed it as a horror movie ..
i also hated this with a passion
to add to the hate factor :
- i had high expectations
- i dragged another couple to see it opening day
- i sat through the whole thing growing more and more uncomfortable because i was beginning to realize that there would be no pay-off for my silent suffering.
therefore definately my least favorite - to put it mildly

Yes, the Village was dreadful, plus I guessed the plot twist minutes into the movie, as soon as I saw the tombstone at the burial!!

You gotta see the end of Audrey Rose. The courtroom shit is a bore, but the ending is kind of heartbreaking

That's a sure bet.
I have ta go with "The Exorcist 2"
This has to be the worst horror sequel ever.
(let's not forget the Texas Chain Saw Massacre 2 as well
for cinematic fodder to keep this turkey company)
The Exorcist 2 was ridiculous and entirely pointless.
A prime example of bean counters trying to capitalize
on the success of a classic.

There's some really crappy movies listed here...
Although I thought Leprechaun Back 2 the hood was a hell of a lot better than Leprechaun in the Hood.
Worst ones I've seen... (I'll exclude the no-budget schlock I watch because it's not fair to rate those on the same scale.)
Killjoy
The Ring
Phantasm
Full Moon has a lot of bad ones, as does Troma. (Also a lot of gems though.)
The Village sucked but I didn't see it in the theatre.

Feardotcom I agree on, never got through that.
Other than that, pretty much every haloween sequel has bored me shitless, except for maybe H20, then onto absolutely laughable shit that was the next one.

Halloween II is an amazing film. I prefer it over the original. The pacing and atomosphere are completley fuckin' menacing.
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre Part 2 and Phantasm don't deserve a place on lists like this when there's utter shit like Undead and Dead Scared (The Hazing) stabing people in the eyes with a blunt turd.
