The monkey in Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.
I'll let it slip this time... Orangutans are Apes, not monkeys...:P
Mark Wahlberg in The Sixth Sense. Wrogn wahlberg. It was donnie, but good call, i cant believe how often he gets looked over. He was a shitty boy band singer, but he is a great character actor.

As far as the movies i have seen, i agreed with ouy on all of them though :)

Stanley Spudowsky from UHF. Michael Richards in the pre-Kramer days. Classic character :)
Short round from temple of doom
Chewbacca (what a wookie)
Randal from Clerks
Jeffery Goines (Brad Pitt in 12 Monkeys)
Martini from One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Danny Devito's best role ever.... I love that guy :)

For tv shows (you are going to laugh at me) I always liked Sheen from Jimmy Neutron. Hyperactive little freak :)

Floyd from True Romance.. greatest stoner ever, IMO.

"Hey, pick up some beer while you're out...

Oh, and some cleaning... products..."

Jackson - American Ninja

Dr Cox - Scrubs (the only secondary character to have more dialogue than the primary 3).

Charlie - Land of the dead. Simple character, but probably the coolest in the film, gotta admit I always feel for him when he recounts how he was saved from the fire "it was bad, just look at me, you know it was bad", that and he was probably the biggest badass in the movie.

Not sure the characters name, but the one played by John Cusack in Con Air.

The Mona Sax character in the Max Payne games was pretty cool.
