Oh! Amazon.COM. I thought maybe you were pissed about the yearly flooding or piranhas. My bad.

Well, I've had a few things go wrong with basically every online store I've dealt with...it's usually the exception...one thing I've done lately is order things from Half.com, searching out the cheapest listings. Some of them are really cheep.

I like to buy from Amazon, usually I get exactly what I want. If that's not what you ordered, email the seller and bitch. I've gotten a couple of tapes that didn't play, and they always replace it or refund my money. That's the main reason I do business on there.

Here's how I buy things at half.com...I see it as a numbers game.......I look up the cheapest freakin' listings they have, from sellers who have decent feedback ratings. Then I order three or four cheap cheap things from different sellers. Some mail the orders off a day later, some take three or four days. The mail brings some cheap fun thing every few days. One dill-weasel never sent the order out and pretended it was lost (had to bug him to send a replacement), but that's one guy out of lots of people who did pretty well.

I've ordered many things from Amazon, and I've always been pleased with their services.
The internet takes a long time to process certain things, so maybe YOU ordered the wrong edition?

The listing should have said something like "EX-RENTAL IN STORE CASE."
The same thing happened to me...I bought a DVD of "Below" (cheap, though) and it came in a Blockbuster case, and it's such a good movie that it irritated me, so I found an empty keep case, pulled the artwork out, and switched it into the empty case. It's horrible to have a cool video in a lame box, for some reason.
