I agree, but I save the true hate for Cheney and Rumsfeld. These motherfuckers are the brains behind the outfit, and they are the ones who are truly deserving of our hate. These guys are more evil than Lo Pan and Ming the Merciless, yet they get a free pass from the public. God, people are so dumb.

I, for one, love Kevin Smith's movies and I think he's a terrific director (though I'll admit his attitude can get on my nerves). But, I'm not going to flame you because you don't like him because that's your own personal opinion. I remember when I went and seen Scary Movie 4 and wasn't impressed by it. When I went to school the following Monday and people asked me about my opinion, they basically flamed me, in which most of them haven't even seen the movie yet. Sure, these were a bunch of high school students (which so am I, but that's besides the point). And, in, or at least in mine, high school, students teenagers only have three things that make them laugh. Language, flatulence, and groin shots. And two of those things get stale after awhile. So, though I mostly disagree with you, I respect you're opinion.

I see your point, and you're right. However, the media reveals the fact that most (not all, you're right) of these people are self indulgent, narcisistic, greedy, shit heads. Spending thousands of dollars on a Dior dress when you can get something just a pretty for a third of the cost as Nordstrom, giving the rest of the money to charity, is more worthwhile.

However, do we regular folks truly know how we would react under those circumstances. I would hope that I would maintain my morals, and be as much of a philanthropist as possible. I would also hope that I maintained my stance on improving the ecological crisis that is threatening the human race.

It's hard to say. I know that if I became like some of these people due to making really great movies or albums, I'd want someone to shoot me, because I would serve no purpose. I would have learned nothing as a Priestess and nothing as a human.

However, I'm pretty certain I wouldn't buy my dogs a 1000k buck dog collar. That's retarded. Sophie and Sadie look cute in their little hearts collar (Sophie) and moon and stars collar (Sadie).

Frankly I think most everyday people - if given the choice - would opt for the showbiz life instead of their own.

It's hard to believe the daily struggle is preferable to having the best goods and services available in such a different world. Those who can't handle it were probably never meant to become celebrities in the first place.

Skint people will understandably remain stoic and proud of their values over the rich and famous, but when it boils down to it I think we'd all be grateful for a load more money to further numb the senses and artificially excite the brain quite a lot of the time.

Who's flaiming? I was pointing out that saying you hate Americans, or any other huge group of people without knowing any of them is silly. Basically Angra is irritated by and Nana-Baby assumes the laziness of my next door neighbor, an American neither of them has met but simply passes judgement on. If you weren't including me in your "group of bullies" then great, forget I posted this. What if I had said anybody involved in Wicca irritated me or that anybody with black, brown, or yellow skin was lazy?

There's this dude in town. He's Indian and owns a, well, convenience store. I go up there, buy my smokes, and we chat about the Hindu traditions. His dad would never say a word to me, but once I showed a keen knowledge of their beliefs and the fact that I pray to their Gods and Goddesses as well, he chats with me all the time now.

My point is that it's amazing how people will open up if you just take the time to find a little common ground, and we all have common ground some where.

You know Pakistan and India were at each other's throats for a while. They still don't particularly get along, but they've found some common ground through athletics, namely cricket and football (or soccer to all of you other people).:D

It's MISERABLE out here. We've had thirty four people die of the heat so far, and there's no break in sight. They're talking about rolling blackouts again, and there's nothing more inconvenient than trying to do a paper and having the electricity playing "now you see me now you don't."

And actually...We get TONS of fierce storms here...Dustin says that's one of the things he loves the most about living here, he's amazed by the storms and the frequency of them...

However, the last one we had was 2 days ago...I want one NOW!!! :D

Well i don't hate bloodranye. she doesn't go much on me, but she is tolerant (sp). i don't think much of budishim. but she sorta sticks to their ideas as far as that goes. Which i sort of admire.
