I have another movie that I can't recall enough of to find. This one was about a meteor or something that landed on a small farm and tainted the ground. It started mutating the animals and the farmer's wife, and I think the kid from Star Trek the Next Generation MAY have been in it, but I don't know because it seemed pretty old, and I was pretty young. I remember the box maybe had a hand coming out of the ground holding the farmhouse, but like I said, I don't remember much.
Any ideas?

You're right. There are about eight listings of movies called The Curse on IMDB, but I found it. Like I said, I don't remember much about it. Have you seen it lately?
Is it worth buying?

Yeh I brought it on VHS last year. Its pretty cool.... worth getting if you can find it cheap. Its one of those love it or hate it kinda deals.

Yeah, that's kind of been my philosophy...when in doubt, buy VHS.
I was really suprised that it came out in 1987 though, it seemed a lot older than that.
I'll have to pick it up.

I buy a lot of VHS cuz its cheap and you don't really see stuff like that over here on DVD very often. I love 80s horror flicks.

Yeah, that's my favorite. I even spent twenty freakin dollars to buy Saturday the 14th on VHS because it's so hard to find.
Eighties horror rocks.

I saw Saturday the 14th in the theatre! On a double bill with something or other. I miss that one too! Jeffrey Tambor as Dracula, you gotta love that.

Yeah, ST14th kicks ass! I was pleasantly suprised to find it still amused me after fifteen years.
It's so nice when things live up to your expectations.

I guess Wil wouldn't think so! ;)
Trivia: Wil Wheaton once said that the only good thing about the movie was that his sister got a job on it.
