The first one.."Battelfield" was pretty true to Kings story, i thought..."Crouch End" was done somewhat differently than the King story,but i still liked it..Weird,yea..but well ..so's the story!..I was really afraid both would get butchered and actually be worse than they were..I personally found both very entertaining!:cool:

I really couldn't careless if films/shows stick to their written counterparts like it seems alot of people do. All I care about is if it's good or not.

@Angela- no problem.

I agree that the first story was close but the second one was a little off from what Mr. King wrote. They were still pretty cool to watch.

Nice little nod to "Trilogy of Terror" with the appearance of the Zuni doll.

Missed the first one yesterday and today so I'll have to wait for the dvd or a marathon after the series is done. The second one was interesting but kinda dull.

Oh! thanks for reminding me guys! it doesn't come on over here till 9. the last batch was interesting though. kinda liked the first one..the peace water, or whatever it was called. Nice idea, even if it costs some insanity..sweet. I usually don't like stephen king, except for his drama, but this mini series is fun!

Nice. I always start running the horror full blast at least two weeks before Halloween. I'm definitely picking that up.

So,we are at an end to the mini-serial.
I didn't understand at first that this was based on his BOOK,and short tales at that... I was really hoping this would become a regular thing on TV.

Oh well,I still enjoyed it and maybe from the response the tvland boneheads will realize what an untapped source of entertainment well-scripted horror is.

I can say I loved every single story except the guy on the morgue table,that one I had to flip to other channels at times-I have had this crazy weird fear that that kinda shit actually happens after you die-you FEEL everything.....even though.....
*SPOILER*

he wasn't actually dead.

What was your favorite story and why?
