HELP ASAP.....

Can anyone tell me the name of the movie which involved:

I think 2 brothers/cousins who both wear dungarees and baseball caps and terrorise a campervan with teenagers going up into a hill/mountain. Might be in the early 80's not sure.
I thought the name was Twin Dawn..but it isnt.

Any help woud be much appreciated.

reminds me of Wrong Turn, but I m not sure...

Mother's Day sounds close enuff, but I dont think thats it, cuz he hasnt mentioned anything about the mother...

and Final Terror was the one where the mother was homicidal wasnt it? damn been a long time since I saw those movies...
