Seri and Stupid Shane are gonna be there (Myke and Alisa are picking them up in a limo, but that's a surprise...so...shhhh)...EVERYONE else we know will be there, too...

A chance to go to the prom you missed, and then some, or relive the best moments of the one you attended with the girl or guy you love now, see Voltaire, dance to DJed music, take home souvenirs for your mantle, get pictures taken... Goth or not, a prom the likes and scale to remember for some time to come.

The musician is Voltaire. Goths love him because he makes fun of Goths, as most true goths do. This is not the sort of clique for taking oneself too seriously. His music is unique, hilarious, and cool as all hell. He is the animator behind all those weird creepy things they flashed between videos on MTV, and he has done similar works for Fangoria. He is a brilliant and famous comic book artist, author, humorist, musician, and more - here in our town, at your prom.

The music DJed will be by DJ Bob, DJ for the Warehouse and for Vertigo in the days this community was one of the country's greatest.

Vendors, a photo booth, free souvenirs, and souvenirs for sale, flowers, dancing, laughing, and a night to remember in the middle of these years of work, television, video games, and visiting the regular haunts for little else to do. This is an event most of us would travel for, happening here, and soon.

Never got to go to Vertigo? Never got to go to Prom? Here is your chance to make up for that. And for those of us who managed both, come out and relive those moments with the person who is important to you now.

Please ask someone out to Prom today if you haven't already, and make a commitment - not only to be at this memorable event, but to support events like these for our community.

We don't make money on these events, we host them so that there is something to do here, the likes that most of us would normaly otherwise travel to Chicago, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Cleveland, and Louisville for.

This is the only 2006 Goth Prom at the Madison theater featuring Voltaire with guest DJ, DJ Bob, and it is in two weeks.

In order to give us a close to accurate pre-count for souvenirs and other extras we need this week - please take the time to buy advanced tickets - Two tickets for the price of one CD, Two tickets plus commemorative merch for two and a souvenir photo to remember the night by - costs ten dollars less than two MSI tickets.

Yes...This IS SPAM......BUT...We've often discussed the members of Horror.Com getting together somewhere, and if you guys could make it, it would kick SO much ass!


BTW...This flyer's not so great, cuz I made it myself (first attempt)....The one Myke made is awesome, cuz he's a graphic artist....But...I just wanted to show ya mine :p

And yeah...About Voltaire: Bella Morte was on stage about a week ago, and called Voltaire on the phone, put the phone up to the mic...It was awesome, had the whole crowd laughing....OH, and Voltaire will be staying at the hotel that Dustin is a driver for...So, everyone there is really excited, too...AND, they're all going to the prom!

I think you're about 4 hours from here...If you DID get a ride, we could put you up at the hotel (for real)....But, if you bring a date she HAS to be at least 17, and have an ID....They lowered the age restriction to 17 for Seri, but they are adamant about the IDs :)

That picture is actually on a shirt of mine. I took a snap of my shirt to put on my myspace. lol, The company that makes it is AlchemyGothic. They have some nice things indeed.

As far as the age of my date...I couldn't bring my girlfriend, or my ex Nikki....Ummmm....I know a few 18-22 year old chicks I might could get to go with me though. :cool: I could get in though because I just turned 17 and I do have ID. :D

BTW, when is this prom and when is the homecoming to it? The prom is June, 24th....The homecoming will be about a month or two after the prom...No date has been set for the homecoming yet, and we don't have anyone lined up for it, but Seri wanted Genitorturers, and Myke told her "We'll have to wait till we have an actual show that we can make a little money on, instead of an event like this, cuz Genitorturers trash their hotel rooms, and WE gotta pay for it".....So, she asked if they could try to get Scarling, MSI or Jack Off Jill, He said he'd find out what they're up to when he sets the date......We'll just have to see how it turns out...
