Anatomy is good, with some pretty decent gore. You ll like it.

Necronomicon, if thats the Jeffrey Combs playing Lovecraft one, was an ok movie. Not too bad, but not too good either. With the stories, I d prefer the 3rd one.

The Eye, if thats the Jap one (no idea if another movie of the same title exists), is a brilliant movie. You ll have plenty of freaked-out moments, and plenty of chills. The story is good, direction very good, and acting excellent. Good scares, pretty freaky ghosts.
In the words of an IMDB reviewer "Real horror isn't about dripping guts and hooks with heads on them, it's about the unexpected, it's about being confronted with something terrifying, something which makes you wish the character was elsewhere." Enuff said. My recommendation.

Yes, it's the Japanese 'The Eye' and yes, it's the Jeffery Combs Necronomicon too.

Okay, so it looks like everyone's leaning towards The Eye, so The Eye it will be. (I have to finish up watching The Hobbit cartoon I'm in the middle of first though.)

i've seen anatomy and really liked it (good suspence and a fair amount of gore). however, i've heard great things about the eye... why do you have to watch just one? watch both dammit!

I'm doing great. We got a new kitten in the house. I'm going to be going to school soon. I've completely lost my mind and am doing a career change at the age of 46! I'm going for veterinary technician. How have you been?

I'll have to look at Blockbuster - Netflix doesn't have it.

That probably is because it hasnt been released on R1 DVD yet, at least not to my knowledge.

I work graveyard shift & then watch a movie when I get home. I'm generally lucky to make it through 1 film without falling asleep, so 2 is pretty much not a possibility. I do own these however, so in due time, I'll see them all.

In regards to The Eye, which I was supposed to watch this morning... I had forgotten that I had Oz Season 5, Disc 3 at home, so I watched that instead. I'll watch The Eye on Thursday morning.

I have about 100 DVDs I have bought in the last 6 months that I haven't watched yet. I wish someone could help me out to what to watch tonight.

List off some of your options & I'm sure someone will be happy to help. If I've seen any of them, I'll give you recommendations.

Haha, I've always got at least 30 movies in my collection that I've never seen. Some that I have seen before & bought, still have the wrapping on them. Makes me wonder how many people like urge have that they've never watched.
