Attn: Indiana/Racing fan board members!

Just looking for a little input. I've never been to the Indy 500 before (I'm not a racing fan), but a group of my friends want me to go. Some of them say they mostly go to hang out on the grounds and get smashed, which sounds like a good time to me.

Anyone suggest any local bars to visit, or maybe a decent restaurant? Also, is going down just to hang out at the campgrounds and get smashed worth it? I can get smashed just as well in my home & play Xbox.

You should go. Everyone should go at least once, even if you are not an Indy car racing fan it still is a good time.

The 2 main drags are 16th street and Georgetown. Its an all night party. If this is your first time rookies are not allowed to sleep. ANd believe me you wont.

There are a lot of women that are shall we say exhibitionists, kind if like Mardi Gras without the pearls. Its almost anything goes so if you bring a lady friend she is going to get harassed but dont be offended it is all in good fun.

Look for a sign that says "Official Indiana Tit Inspector" on a official looking state highway department sign. Thats the group I am with.

Also dont mess with the cops, even joking around. You dont want to go to Indy jail. You will sit there til' Tuesday.
