Not a great deal really...

Batman: Dark Tommorow looked a whole lot better than the one that came out just before it, thought about checking it out myself.

Terminator 3 - I heard "dawn of fate" was a lot better than rise of the machines, but both look ok to me...most of the terminator games have been quite alright, so you've probably got a safe bet there....if in doubt, shop at EB.

The Riddick game, if you mean "escape from butcher bay" or whatever it was, looks really good. I've played a demo, and yeah, I liked it. As I recall, you can switch between fps and 3ps. Nice storyline that links the two films together.

Blade2...No idea, but I'd hope it was a HELL of a lot better than the (IMO) almost unplayable first game.

Run like hell looks interesting, but...that's as far as my knowledge goes.

The only one i've played is Riddick. Very good FPS utilizing a lot of stealth with a pretty good story.

I've played Run Like Hell on PS2. Not a bad game as far as Alien rip-offs go. Nothing original about it, but it's fairly fun for what it is. I haven't played the others, though.

It depends. If you're running a really high-end PC with a $200+ graphics card, then no. Graphics on XBox tend to be slightly better than PS2 or Gamecube, but it's nothing really noticeable.

I played Batman - Dark Tomorrow on Gamecube. Pretty straight-forward, but still a fun game. Nothing spectacular, but I enjoyed it.

Sorry havent played this title

- the chronicles of riddick
Nor this Title

- batman - dark tomorrow
I liked this game, graphically quite good, but it is a little linear

- rlh (run like hell)
Really liked this game, plug headphones crank up the volume & turn out the light (I jumped a couple of times)

- terminator 3 - rise of the machines
This game I hope is better than the PS2 version. Rubbish graphics add slow gameplay

- blade II
I have played worse, would save this for a rainy afternoon then play it

Actually a high end PC is better than the present XBox, provided you got a graphic card and sound card to boot. But even then, XBox has some really kickass titles...

I ve played Tomorrow. Its a great game, although a bit difficult...

Escape From Butcher Bay is the ultimate movie/game project. The game adds to the story and universe created in Pitch Black, offers a TON of fun, and... I just can't praise it enough. The graphics, stealth, fighting engine, final battle, story... amazing game. I found it pretty tough in parts which was a good thing but it wasn't tough to the point that it was frustrating, it just a bit of challenge which is great. Once again, brilliant game. Rise of Machines was alright too, the best Terminator game for sure.

I usually agree, Riddick was easier to manage with the XBox controller though, probably because most of your time is spent hand to hand fighting.

This was a good one(I think I rented it along with Area 51)the Jack Nicholson like main character and the "Anal Probe" were hilarious. The game however kept freezing up so I never made it to the end.:(

Better luck with yours,oh and the background vocals are funny as hell too.

Well,I buy the ones that I really enjoy(or can afford)as the case may be.

All others are "rents"....mind you I'm divorced and without children so that means free time really is "free time".....so that leaves plenty of time for mindless fun i.e. video games and whatnot.

I have one...it worked for about a week. Now it's completly dead and EB wouldnt let me return/exchange it. What brand is yours? Mad Catz? If so, be wary.

Its made by the same people who made Clock Tower 3, so if you like running away for most of the game... then yes (I really liked the game and it does get harder later on)

I havent played it yet. It still sits on my shelf as I pound away in Serious Sam II. But I ll give it a hit as soon as I finish this one.

btw, my folks have given me an ultimatum. They want me to go for either the PS3 or the Wii. Damn now I m in a fix. I thought I d get both for Christmas but now I gotta go for 1. Which one should I go for? grrr this sucks...but I m thinking PS3...

btw has anyone played the Devil May Cry series? I got #3 some days back but havent played it. How is it?

Personally the PS3... More storage space on the disks allow for larger, smoother rendered, non repetative graphics on games....

The Wii only uses DVD disks (9 gig tops), xbox 360 with HD-DVD 27 gig and PS3 BluRay 57 gig maximum....

Not just that but the Wii will suffer from lack of big title conversions, no company can fit 20 gig of info on 9 gig of disks, nor will people be willing to have 4 disks having to change disk every 5 minutes....

I'd get the 360 and the Wii (together they should probably be around the same price as the PS3). The Wii will play (through their online service) Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Turbo Graphix 16, N64, and Gamecube games.

PS3 will have a lot more variety in games than the Wii, thats for sure.

Can I please ask how much you think XBox 360 owners will pay for the HD-DVD upgrade and the 60gig Hard drive that is supposed to released by next summer?

Or how you will feel if the plan goes ahead for the XBox 360 v2 which you can upgrade the V1 HD-DVD & Hard Drive, but they are meant to be putting in faster memory that wont go into a v1?

Before anyone jumps down one companies throat look to see what the other is doing.

I think that the 360 v2 will be around the same price. I also think that considering that you need a dual core processor to run windows vista that anyone that doesn't have the hardware tough, so you think he will be anymore understanding of people who don't want to upgrade the 360?

All companies are out to make money Sony. Microsoft & Nintendo. Nintendo might win a few people over with the usual games, but you cant cut a 25 gig game and put it on a 9 gig disk (so within 2 years Nintendo will lose alot of Multi Format Software look at the N64 and see the exclusive franchises lost). The only difference being is Sony has told you upfront how much your console is gonna cost and no hidden costs (upgrades that could cost around $200 for the HD-DVD alone).

Phantom Brave is awesome... if you enjoy the Nippon Ichi style. Like most of their other games, it's a 2D S-RPG with a very, very Japanese style. If you don't like JRPGs or strategy games in general, you probably won't care for it too much.

Thanks guys...I played a bit of both and liked em...

1 thing still bothers me about the whole Wii, 360 and PS3 debate...if they ll end up around the same price (with upgrades to the storage space and all) isnt it wiser to just go for the Ps3, for the simple fact that it gives you a lot more options for future gaming?
