Slaughter High

Anyone ever seen Slaughter High? I watched it and enjoyed it, but it wasn't that creepy. Then I found out that the slasher in the flick, Marty, committed suicide after the film was released. I went back and watched it again after having gained this knowledge. It was like watching a completely different film. It was very eerie knowing that this kid killed himself and it changed the tone of the film. Creepy.

I issssssssssss here my good friend.. sowwie I havent been on the forum a whole lot lately and today I just wondered over to this part of the forum ... Ahhhhhhh yeah slaughter High great slasher flick... this movie is known as something else is it not..?? I think april fool`s day if I am not mistaken... cause I have seen this movie on VHS named April Fool`s Day , I think.. it is about a group of kids that go into this abandoned school house right..??

Right on all accounts. I have an old Fango with it on the cover and they call it April Fool's Day. Glad for the title change though. Good slasher.

yeah I rented this movie years ago.. and it was titled april fools day on the cover.. I wished I had kept it.. it was one of those places that kept the cover and movie in a thick plastic cover.. so I would have the cover and movie.. Oh well..... good movie though

Slaughter High was a pretty good slasher i really enjoyed it. Slaughter is a cool word take the s out of it and you've got Laughter :)

Pretty decent slasher---and if I remember, it had a cool video box. Didn't know the kid killed himself, though. That sucks.

Ah shit, man, someone had to go and mention Return to Horror High. It's a suck-ass movie but the box is cool. Gotta love dead cheerleaders!!!! Back in the days before George Clooney had Ceasar hair. He always looked like he was trying out for the guitarist spot in a bad hair band. Did anyone know he was banging Ginger Lynn back then??? I saw her True Hollywood Story on E (yeah, I'm a sap) and she had all kind of stuff to say for George.

And speaking of pretty boys in slashers, anyone remember Brad Pitt in Cutting Class. Man, that movie sucks.

Return to Horror High, Cutting Class, Class Reunion Massacre, Class of Nukem High, and any other high school horror film I forgot kinda sucks when compared to Slaughter High. Just my opinion of course.

I was going through some old tapes like a week ago and i found this movie on one of them. It is probably the coolest high school slaughter flick. But I also found one movie...with the title scene cut off..umm i think it is a national lampoon movie? that is kind of a parody on those movies. It was decent too.
