Painting in The Beyond

I am a drummer for a metal band, and we'd like to use the painting from E tu vivrai nel terrore - L'aldilà (also known as "The Beyond" and "Seven Doors of Death") by Lucio Fulci. If anyone has info on who painted it, or where to get a print of it I'd be very appreciative. Thanks!

could you maybe freeze a still of it from the DVD, print it - and get someone to reproduce it ?

i bet an art student would get a kick out of doing it.
