It's a site, a message board site, just like this one! It was full of discussions, horror movie discussions, just like this one!

He isn't spamming at all. Just click on the link and it brings you to the homepage of Horror.com. Basically, he's spamming. But, unless the mods edited the link, he's calling this the best horror site ever. Bad way to do it though.

Yah, when I first ripped him one it was a different site. So he was spamming. And then he changed at his better judgement. Or the mods did, which is ingenious.
