...So, I've been studying full time, and juts picked up a chefs assistant job. Assignments/Assessment events, Regular exams...etc.
Point is, I just don't have a great deal of time anymore.
I've been come on here less and less, and it seems to be leaning towards dissapearing from HDC alltogether.
Not saying that I'll completely quit on this place, just that I guess lately my priorities have changed...I really want to make a go of this study thing which is going great so far, and I don't need to give myself any interruptions or reasons to slack off, which in all honesty, that's all this place really is, and then some.
So, in the event that I dissapear completely, temporary or not, I just want to say thanks to those that ever held up any worthwhile conversations or arguments - it's been fun, for the better part of it.
If anyone wants to contact me, just throw me a pm.
Signing off for now.

Good Luck with the job and all the opportunities it brings, Cheebs.
You're right, when priorities come a-calling there is only one winner. See you around.

All the same, folks...I WILL be posting here and there, just not as much as I get busier. I was just letting you guys in on why I won't be around as much.
So anyways, this is the place I'm working:

The menu is being upgraded and changed over the next two weeks as well, which should be interesting.
Not bad for my first cooking gig in about 7 years...
