What is everyone's favorite creature film? I'm not talking werewolves or zombies, an actual creature.
Mine would be Alien(s), Deep Blue Sea, Anaconda, Creature(tv movie), Jurassic Park. I could say JP3 just because of the gigantosaur or whatever the fuck its called, but nothing else. AND Sabretooth on scifi.

Jaws, Alien, Predator, Jurassic Park, The Thing, Pumpkinhead, and Leprechaun (so sue me, but I thought it was enjoyable for what it was and isn't as bad as people have said it was).
EDIT- Forgot a few.

Looking at this thread I thought of a movie
I hadn't thought of in years...
THE BLOB!
the original, I think I remember
being better. Maybe I should see if
they are available to rent.
The Mothman

No-one's mentioned Predator yet: they're quite kick-arse creatures.
Other than that:
Alien(s)
The Thing
Velociraptors (Jurassic Park)
Catherine Zeta Jones

Blood Freak
p.s.
Creature, if it's the same one I've seen, was definitely NOT a Tv movie. It had some boobers and plenty of naughty language.

Alien
Predator (or almost anything done by Stan Winston and his crew)
Giant Ants (in 50's B movie Them!)
Tremors (only the first one, the subsequent creatures in parts 2 and 3 were very sub-standard)

Oh yeah. The original "THE BLOB" emerges as a surprisingly good movie today. Still has a solid story, GREAT characters, and cool effects. There's a Criterion Collection version that I want to buy but it's really pricey.

and Klaus Kinski....who was somewhat of a creature himself.
He is probabaly talking about the Peter Benchly movie.

I actually liked AVP alright. It was kind of fun to see them fight and stuff, and i sure as hell enjoyed it more than freddy vs jason.

I really loved seeing the original The Blob on the Saturday Creature Feature. Although I must say that I also enjoyed the remake almost as much. You just can't replace Steve McQueen with Kevin Dillon, but the girl with the Jaw trap in Saw is in the remake.
Some of my Fav creature movies are:
Jaws
Alien and Aliens
Predator
The Thing
Jurassic Park
Arachnophobia
Lake Placid
Tremors
Eight Legged Freaks
Mimic
Gremilins
Cujo
The Birds
Critters
All I can think of for now

Am I the only one who watched Ghoulies and Ghoulies 2. Also the Grabites and Ass Blasters from the later Tremors.
Inhabited was suprisingly competent but maybe it was just Malcom McDowell (sp?)
