Hey, i'm from Australia and i noticed in saw, the australian version when his cutting his leg off you dont see him fully do it, just wondering if other versions from around the world do show it.
2nd question, if it does show it does anyone have a clip?

Yeah, it shows him cut into his leg for about a second, then just his face in agony, its not even very gruesome. I think people who say SaW is one of the goriest movies ever just haven't seen it and don't want everyone to know.:)

lol agreed with that, its not that gruesome.
IMO the most gruesome horror movies ive seen are Land Of the Dead and The Audition . . . well the audition was more sickening then anything.

Land of the dead unrated is easily one of the top movies for gore, not counting to non theatrical movies.

I think that applies to most everyone who's scared of anything. If they say something that's scary is "Stupid" or "Dumb", that means they're scared of it. It's very easy to pick people apart that are scared of something or never payed any attention to it but want to make themselves sound important.
I didn't think SAW was as bad as say.....Freddy Vs. Jason on the gore scale. It builds tension and a weak stomach feeling from the hype mostly.

Coolest gore moment in the unrated version was the extension (mostly just photos :( ) of the shotgun blast scene.
