But none that I have seen in the last 5 months. So im sure we all listen to music. What is your most recently bought Cd, tape or record?

well, it takes a while .. b ut you could hook your stereo up to your PC audio inputs - and rip your tapes to CD
get a program that captures the input as wave files ..
then burn them - or convert everything to MP3 to save space ..

Feeding Of The 5000 is their best album (well I think so anyway). It has the majority of my favorite CrAss songs like Banned From The Roxy, Do They Owe Us a Living, So What?, Sucks and Eve Libertine's attack on religion Asylum. I don't listen to a lot of the older punk like this anymore but I like to pull Feeding Of The 5000 out for a blast every now and then. The vinyl re-issues should still be kicking round in the stores. Feeding comes with the imfamous "Your Country Needs You" poster.
You probably should give the band Discharge a day in court. A bunch of their albums are pretty revolutionary and created the whole d-beat scene. Punk as I consider it started with these two bands.

So how is the new Tool? I've been a fan of their stuff for some time now, but the new song titles kinda make me nervous... "Rosetta Stoned?" Lame. Plus I've heard that they've begun using sitar... that's not a good sign.

I think its as good as Lateralus. A lot of critics are picking it apart because of the "filler" music, but i thing that adds to the dynamic.

DCforC is a solid band! I'm just starting to get in to them. The album I've got (Not sure if they have more than 1 out or not) is really good.
NOFX rocks any venue they play. I don't like Warped (Or any other tour really) because they only get 30 minutes on stage and they only play their main hits. That being said, I've seen NOFX at 2 Warped Tours in the past and 4 other times as headliners.
Now here's a word to the wise....
If you plan on going to Warped Tour this year, DO NOT MISS THE LIVING END! They put on a phenomenal show!!! I don't care if they are playing at the exact same time as the only band you paid to see, skip your band and go see Living End. You'll be glad you did, I promise.

I got a couple of John Frusciante albums one is the Wake of Death and one is called Curtains and the other one is upstairs and I can't remember the name, both were part of the whole 6 albums in 6 months deal. Amazing stuff... a hell of a lot better than his RHCP stuff. Both albums were in a cheap bin and its a shame his solo work is overlooked. A true mastermind of the sad guitar spewing out lyrics that could rip your soul in two.

You really should support your absolute favorite bands by buying their CDs and maybe merch, if you like it and it's at a reasonable price, especially if you listen to a lot of small/indie/underground bands. ;)

Iron Maiden-A Matter of life and Death. Well I've promissed that I would not buy another Maiden album when I listened their last one (Dance of the dead). The reason was that they took their clasic metal sound and turn it into Progressive. That means tracks over 9 minutes, with the problem that sounds so bored. The solos sounds all the same and Bruce sound like he preffers to sing on his solo records. So I don't have faith on this new album. But I listened it in one firend's house and it surprissed me. well the progressive style it's stills there but the songs sounds great, Bruce sings better than .....maybe than in the last 8 years. The only problems was the keyboards and some songs could sound better if it were shortter. Anyway its a good album.
