I usually mix Fanta cherry and Coke together, and people around here mix peanuts and Pepsi or Coke...

I've heard it was a "southern" thing....guess they were right.
On the subject....you know why QT kicks ass? Because with their fountain mixers they actually use carbonation, and good flavor. The other places, where I work for example, just use a nasty syrup. Yup, QT kicks ass.

I didn't know that, but I'm sure they are doing that to try and aim at the southern market.

I like Pepsi. As a matter of fact, I'm drinking a Pepsi. I also like Coke... Okay, I like soda, period. I used to mix Hi C and Sprite when I went to Subway. When I was little, we used to go to skating rinks for birthdays. They had this drink called a Suicide... it was all the most caffeinated beverages except Jolt.
Now someone tell me: Does Vault have more power than Jolt?
Pepsi and peanuts is a Southern flaw.

Correct-a-mundo Sammy, me lad! I have not seen a Spanish-language Pepsi commercial. I'm too lazy to flip that far into the HDTV network channels. Now answer my question. Why is it so damn funny?:D :p
Oh, and Stubborn, would you mind not telling us stories about peanut back-wash? Huge penises, ugly people, butt sex, pussy-eating, are all acceptable but no back-wash.:p

I have not seen that. Mostly because I only read the funnies, and my folks have the tv constantly tuned to Fox News (fair and unbiased my butt). I've seen a good deal of the state, but I want to go to New Burn (Witch cap. of the US, because of the Frosts, who are idiots, but what can you do?).
I most quote a Witch of great standing, "Last thing we need is foreign parts up close," Granny Weatherwax.:D

Haunted, I don't think "Vault" can have more stuff in there than Jolt would. If I recall correctly, Jolt has the maximum allowable amount of caffiene that can be sold in a soft drink as per the FDA.
I drink both, but I I'd rather drink Pepsi than Coke. For some reason, on occasion, Coke sometimes seems gives me heartburn. My favorite is Dr. Pepper, but simply for caffeine, I'll quickly slug down a liter of Mountain Dew, perferrably Jolt if it's around. If I really need a super kick, I'll run to the local General Nutrition Center and grab one of those extreme caffinated sport drinks if it's available. 200 milligrams of wide-awakedness.
It's sad GNC can't get "Beta Blast" anymore. That stuff was potent! 200 milligrams of caffeine, 200 milligrams of mauhung extract, and 25 milligrams of the actual effidra alkoloid. If you drank a bottle of that shit, no matter how tired you were, you were awake. If you did a goof like I did and drank two bottles in one sitting, most likely you'd wind up having shakes, let alone "the jitters". :D

Okay-------how about CACTUS COOLER.
Serious. I'm serious.
Used to drink a can of that every day when I was in high school.
There was a machine in the locker room and after Phys Ed I would put forty-five cents in the machine and bingo. Every friggin day, Cactus Cooler. When it was time to finish high school, I said, "Done. No more o' that." And I walked away from the machine, and away from the Cactus Cooler, more or less for good. No more of its orangey pineapple-flavored goodness, so sweet, so bright and crispy and full of life.
I think I've only had two or three cans since then, and that was.....................20 years ago.

Blenheim Ginger Ale...they have an "extra hot" version that is like drinking hot pepper soda, it has a mean burn to it but if you like that sort of thing...it is good. I bought a coupla bottles once down at the local eclectic coffee house, and the girl behind the counter actually warned me about it. "You know it's, like, really hot, right?"
"Oh yes--that's why I'm buyin' it," I said.
"Okay, just wanted to make sure that you knew..." And she handed me the bottles. She was actually SCARED of these things! Can you believe that.
woohah!
If you're a sissy, you can actually mix Blenheim Ginger Ale with regular ginger ale for a sort of a muted blend...

Mehh, nothin but Jolt in a liter bottle. Back in the day when Jolt first came out, it used to say "Twice the caffiene and all the sugar". :) But word was someone bought a bottle, his kid drank it and was awake for three days straight. :D Soon after, they switched to the lame corn syrup.

Ah, now there's an authentic memory. Here in Los Angeles there was a roller rink (this is in the late 70's) which has been gone for a couple of years now--they turned it into a furniture store recently and I've been wanting to go in to see if I could "feel" the roller rink. But yeah, they did the same thing with the soft drinks, the mixture had the same name, and it was Coke, Pepsi, Sprite, Root Beer, Dr. Pepper and maybe something else, all mixed together in a big cup. I think it only came in the large size because of the kind of drink it was...I remember seeing "Suicide.......$1.00" up on the wall.
I only went there once, on a special trip with my schoolmates, and I couldn't skate worth a bean, kept falling over on my ass. And falls on roller skates are really nasty, because you have no control, your feet rapidly slide out from under you and WHAM, down you go. On the sound system they were playing Kiss' disco album, DYNASTY, and Cheap Trick. Just a little reminiscing.
