Im sure there's been a thread on this before... but, i didnt see it.
I personally thought this movie was o.k. but not really that great.
It has one of the best ideas, ie, the whole drainpipe to the dead body storage and stuff, and the whole idea of eating peoples eyes and stuff to get that part was kinda interesting, but they didnt pull it off well at all. Plus the monster looked like a retarded gremlin. the white hair was just crap. but it has some creepy moments, like when it ate the tounge, and when the lady was like "thats not my scarecrow" and it made me jump when he sprung around the wall in the station at the end.
but that sucked when he did that weird thing with his face and screeched. but it was also eerie when he whistled jeepers creepers.
so.. a pretty crappy flawed movie, with a great idea to it.
imo 2-3 out of 5
was 4 out of 5 until it got into it and when you actually saw him.

.....I am truely afraid, and I reget saying this, but I agree with you 100%. One of my favourite newer horror movies, but it really went downhill near the end. The sequel, IMO, wasnt that bad [Shoot me, I liked it, OK?]

Dont be afraid, and dont regret what you feel about it, cause I like this film too, so I guess people can shoot the both of us.
Posher, I agree w/ everything you said.

ill admit that the sequel had some ok points, but i hated it
when the killer was doing the scarecrow thing and attacked the kid was ok, and when it was picking people out on the bus, his face was very freddy krueger like. but the whole, bone throwing stars and killing 10 people a minute was gay as hell. when he pulled people high into the air out of sight was good too. but overall it was boring

The best I can do for most films, horror or otherwise, Is to pick out somthing I like or that stayes with me; some seen or effect.Even in some of the worst horror films ever, I can find somthing good.J&C,that seen in the church basement with all the bodys stuffed and poised on the walls and celling. I mean, I had not seen that before.Blew me away! This thing was an artest that worked with raw material. After the Friday the 13th movies, you can only kill people in so many inventive ways. What the hell. But this, was unique! But did I like the movie as a whole, I guess.

...the problem with number 2 is one location....on that fucking bus all movie...it had been enough with maximum 5 minutes....why cant directors understand it: one location is BORING !

#1 was a great film until the police station .. then it fell apart. liked the downbeat ending though.
#2 was a lot of fun .. i never saw a monster in a horror film take such abuse ...
although i liked them both - i'd have enjoyed them more if the filmmaker wasnt a peodophile.
