In children of the corn 2.
Some guy gets killed in church because one of the kids had a voodoo doll which he was stabbing constantly from the back of the room. This guy's nose started to bleed slowly (very innocent), but then his ears..and his eyes started to gush otu with blood also. Before you know it..he is runnign up to the priest in the front..screaming HELPP MEE(before half his face gets ripped off - blood squirting all over everyone in the church).
I thought that was a VERY underrated kool in a horror movie.
What other kills do yuo guys think were "bad ass", but went unoticed (could be from any movie)

Good thread idea.
I knew there were some nice deaths in some of the Corn sequels.

I liked the first one.
I think that the Paris Hilton "pole through the head" scene in House of Wax was very cool, considering what kind of teeny-bopper rep. it had and the fact that, well, Paris Hilton was killed.

Dagon - The face skinning...Holy crap.
Mindhunters - Acid-laced cigarette...hell, pretty much everything rocked in that movie. Massivly underrated.

Puppet Master 6
The old guy (forget his name, and no, it's not Andre Toulon. This is another old fucker.) just got finished making his new creation, something that Toulon wanted to create, and then the puppets we know and love (or hate) turn their backs on the old geiser and take him down. This is where the fun begins.
Once oldie is down on the ground, Blade comes up and keeps slicing his face up and shit, with blood splattering everywhere, on the puppets, the floor, and Blade, of course.
I watched this scene last night with my friend when we were watching Puppet Master: The Legacy. We were loving every minute of it. Sure, I hated Puppet Master 6 (wasn't much of the fan of the original either), but this kill is very underrated and I enjoyed the holy hell out of it!

Agreed. Plus Johnny Lee Miller kicks ass in general.

the 2nd post-flashback kill in Versus. So badass, and yet so practical.
Also:
The shooting-up-through-the-sink in Ghost Dog
Henry Fonda shooting the kid in Once Upon a Time in the West (it's Henry f'ing Fonda, and he's KILLING CHILDREN!!!)

I know this isn't strictly a horror flick but the scene in Kill Bill vol. 2 in which daryl hanna's character kills the texas hillbilly assassin with the black mamba snake hidden in the suitcase full of money. She then explains how he's dying by reading notes taken off of the internet.
That was an awesome but probably very underrated kill, and so inventive.

I dunno.... In one of the "Children Of The Corn" sequels when that old granny was having work done to the foundation and they lowered the house on her wicked-witch style. :)
