Help Me Figure Out What Movie This Is.

Hello,

I am trying to figure out the name of a movie I watched when I was young. I believe it came out around 1986. Here is what little I remember, and it may be off (memory is a little broken).

Title stared with E or The E... - (I think)

There was a scene where someone went downstairs somewhere, and there were, like, jail cells, and this person in one of the cells had ants crawling in and out of their arm like an ant hill

I think there was a part that had a small "creature" in a kitchen land in a frying pan. (not real sure about this.)

I also think the movie started with someone driving down a dark highway.

Ok, so that's about all I remember. I also know that this movie was in theaters at the same time as Lady and the Tramp was re-released in the mid to late 80's.

The only movie I can think of with bugs crawling on a person's arm like 'downstairs' in a 'cell' (although the doctor gave him a knife to cut the bugs off) is maybe "Bad Dreams"? It was a goofy doctor that took sane kids and jacked em up on drugs for disturbed minds to watch them basically torture themselves.

That part sounds like Hellraiser 2. The rest however doesnt in the least. Could you be mixing a couple movies?

Nope...Bad Dreams didn't have a bug hallucination...

Although that is a very bad ass movie...

There has to be a scene like that. Wasn't there a scene where guy was locked up and seeing bugs and shit crawling on his arm and the doctor handed him a straight razor to cut them off. But when he was cutting, the camera showed him cutting a bugless arm, but from his viewpoint, he would see like ants, worms, beetles or something along those lines. At least that's what I recall.

That was Hellraiser 2. Might have been in Bad Dreams also [Havent seen it], but I know for a fact it was in Hellraiser 2, just watched it a couple days ago.

some parts sound like hellraiser 2 and some parts sound like boogins, but i dont fucking know( and that piss'es me off).
