In TCM: The Next Generation, when that stupid ass shows up in a limo at the end and explains that they are responsible for all evil in the world... That was so damn retarded it almlost ruined the whole franchise for me, but instead of allowing the rest of a perfectly good franchise to get tarnished, I just try to pretend part 4 doesn't exist.

Also, every time a clip from the video game flashed on screen in House of the Dead, I contemplated getting up and walking out of the theatre.

Pretty much any scene in The Doom Generation. God, I hate that movie.

Any of the "emotional" scenes in the new Star Wars movies. Those scenes could only have been written by someone with no understanding of romance.

The scene in House of Wax where Paris gets it. I enjoyed seeing her demise and all, but do you guys have any idea how incredibly strong the guy would have to be to throw a stick through two car windows and it still have enough force to impale her through the skull? Look out, Incredible Hulk.

Thus proving what an airhead she really is.

I so agree about the lameness of the underground world, or whatever, in House of 1000 Corpses. When I commented about the stupidness of that development, my movie friends called me a snob.

How about the new War of the Worlds. It looks like the world is lost and when they get to Boston, Mom and the grandparents, who are perfectly fine, open the spotless glass front doors of the completely untouched neighborhood to greet them. Jeez.

I have one more, which I suppose is out of context because it's not horror, but really really made me puke, and that's the final scene in Prince of Tides when Nolte is thinking "Lowenstein, Lowenstein". Maximum lamus.

As retarted as that was, I gotta say that wasnt a zombie. Technically, he never died in the first place:p :p

The thing that came out of the well in Amityville 3. What the hell?

Well, it had only been a day or two so they couldn't get to every corner of the earth in that short time. You gotta believe that there would be some places that were still unharmed.

Thanks Austin. I will take that into consideration. My daughter said that Boston was so germy they couldn't really start their attack. Ha Ha.

'Last House on the Left'- any of the "traps" the dad set up (ie electric doorknob). Same gig as 'Home Alone'. Retarded beyond belief.

 That film's great. One of my favorites from the 90s.

ok as much as i love and adore Cobra (The stallone movie) there is one scene in it that has always bothered me. A (seemingly) empty hospital, and a huge fight between a girl and The Night Slasher dude. lots of screaming and breaking doors and a whole lot of noise. but then she pulls the fire alarm, and about 50 poeple just start pouring out of the rooms. wtf. someone would have heard all that ruckus.

The Doom Generation is awesome!

Zombie Flesh Eaters' zombie/shark scene?

"Retarded?"

Ridiculous.

The dinner scene in HOTC...it reminded me so much of that dinner scene in that diplorably stupid movie with Chevy Chase and Dan Akroyd as that really old judge mother fucker.

Actually in my opinion every scene in HOTC was stupid.

agreed - i'd also like to recommend a sub-thread of stupidest line in a film. my vote would go for the line in Kiss the Girls (a wretched film to begin with) where the killer says to N.Judd "and don't even think about trying one of your kickboxing tricks." (my god, i thought i was suddenly in a badly dubbed Bruce Lee film.

I have disagree with the zombie vs. shark scene in Zombi 2. That is some serious brilliance right there.

My vote is for the Marx Brothers expert scene in The Devil's Rejects. The rest of the movie was great, but that scene almost prompted me to walk out. So pointless and obnoxious.
