Authorities know that he killed people but cannot prove that he did, he was there when Sharon Tate was murdered and if memory serves he was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder or something of that nature, I dont recall the legal jargon. His sentence was the death penalty but was commutted to life in prison. An interesting read you may want to check out is a book called Helter Skelter it goes very indepth into a few of the Manson family murders. I have a tape of him with Geraldo, he is a very intriguing character and I can see why people followed him.

As for serial killer, I got to start w/those bratty rugrats, when thats done I got to do something horrible to the Wiggles, their rump rump a chump makes me insane. Those damn teletubbies I swear are some form of govt mind control.
