Hello, everyone. A horror movie festival in Finland called Night Visions has come upon us again...it's an all-night event at the end of October.
I'm interested to hear what you guys think of the movies in the selection...
The Exorcism of Emily Rose (Scott Derrickson)
From Beyond (Stuart Gordon)
Corpse Bride (Tim Burton)
I Spit On Your Grave (Meir Zarchi)
The Descent (Neil Marshall)
Linda Lovelace for President (Claudio Guzman)
The Devil's Rejects (Rob Zombie)
Pervert (Jonathan Yudis)
Demons (Lamberto Bava)
Supersonic Man (Juan Piquer Simon)
Thanks.

The stand out one for me would be Demons, although there a couple there i haven't seen such as From Beyond, Supersonic Man and Linda Lovelace for President

Descent is the only movie I've seen on this list. Been looking these up on IMDB and certainly, Demons is one of a few interesting choices, the others being:
Corpse Bride (Tim Burton)
I Spit On Your Grave (Meir Zarchi)
Demons (Lamberto Bava)
From Beyond (Stuart Gordon) --
Last year's festival selection included his Re-Animator and I loved it! :)

I think "Supersonic Man" is a great choice. Easily one of the most entertainingly awful movies ever made! A real piece of crap, and perfect for a midnight show...

Last year, a similar highlight was a kungfu movie (don't ask me how they decided to include this in a horror film festival) called The Snuffbottle Connection. Combined with a pair of entertaining old films:
- Hatchet for the Honeymoon
- Vampyres (1974)
A priceless evening, indeed!
