Limewire works great for me. Ive got American Psycho, Ho1kC, Eraserhead, Final Destination, and Donnie Darko so far, and thats over like a month.

Torrentspy is pretty decent. It almost always returns tons of results for pretty much any search. Some of the torrents are pretty weak though.

The small file that you download to start with is not the torrent itself, but rather a sort of marker that tells the torrent where to go. You can check this page (http://10mbit.com/faq/bt/) for pretty much any information you would need about torrents. A word of advice though: the original Bittorrent client sucks. If at all possible, get BitTornado or Azureus (which is what I use.)

Forget warez sites. Normally I just google the name of the movie I'm looking for, plus "torrent"
Example: Land of the dead torrent
Try it. I've also heard exeem is good for torrents but their forum has been down and I can't connect to the program.
