Halloween Bashes? Anybody?

Just a typical "Are you having/going to any Halloween Parties" post. If so, what are you going as? Doing anything out of the norm?

I am coordinating a party at my friend's house where she has a lot of woods near her land. I've asked somebody to just wear a black outfit of some sort and just sort of make hasty movements throughout the trees/bushes during the party. Hopefully I can play it off when someone asks me what the fuck was THAT!

I'm dressing as Willy friggin Wonka, I'm in the process of getting all of the accessories together.

I'm bored...just rambling.

Soooo, anybody else doing anything? Or if you can give me some other/better ideas to do at the party...it'd be appreciated.

I had the beginnings of a party planned,with food and lots of alcohol.
Then decided it was too much work and all these drunk people would be spending the night at my house.
I am getting a costume together that is half vampire,half dominatrix...and if someone else has a party,that's what I'll be going as.If not, it will make a nice lil outfit to wear at the PTA meetings.

I got this Wicked Pixel fundraiser/costume party to attend...gonna be good bands there, and it's at a bar so I will probably be doing some bashing. I just gotta get to thinking about my costume.

In the past I've been Rambo, Space Ghost and a giant plush CareBear, and an 8 foot tall giant space alien, but I have no idea what to do this year....

Anyone got any good ideas floating around that they aren't gonna use? (Or even that they are? It's not like we'll be at the same party. ha...)

I have a friend who lives on a farm in the middle of nowhere, and I think she's having a get-together of some kind. Im probably just going as a black cat or something else vaguely sexual.

The Wiccan equivalent of church...we get to drink and eat whatever the hell we want and remember the dead...remember being the operative word, because if you start the ceremony too early you may not even remember the elemental callings. Anyway, drinking and eating and remembering those that have passed on before. I'm going to dedicate the night to my grandmother. I miss her tons.

Im probably not going to a bash as such, but sometime around Halloween Im having some friends in to watch horror flicks, my choice of course. Heres what Im thinking for this years menu:


For starters, we'll begin with a not-so-well aged House on Haunted Hill, to be followed by the delectably devilish Dagon. The main course will consist of a sinfully sensational serving of Creepshow, or possibly the less filling Dog Soldiers. For desert, the delishiously detestable House of the Dead. Bon apetit!

Sound like a nice selection?

I'm still not sure if I am going to someone else's party at this point, but I am getting dressed as a vampire submissive(not dominatrix like I thought)
I am going to get so drunk I won't remember throwing up all over my husband and telling the hostess something that will get me banned from carpool.

WHAT I REALLY WANT TO DO

Go out to a exotic place with all the scary effects of a movie horror set and have it turn into a dinner murder theater,where the guests get to solve the "who done it" mystery.
And when the food is gone and the butler gets the fat lady to sing or however that saying goes-it would turn into this really kick-ass goth underground blood cult opium absinthe club with killer music.

I need to open a place like that here in Mayberry.
Anybody got any cash I can have?
