That was definitely one spooky MF, but I loved him! Especially in Crawlspace, which is one of my favorite movies. He was Polish/German actor that also acted in a version of Nosferatu. That I'm aware of, most of his movies are not in English, but Crawlspace was. I saw him kinda as a German Vincent Price, but Vincent was mostly our favorite.

What's Vincent's best movie anyway?

Klaus Kinski is one cool actor. He played a hunchback in For a Few Dollars More and that's the role I most remember him for.

As for Vincent's best movie....House of Wax for me.

Did anyone ever see a low budget film with Kinski and the dude from Critters called Android?

No, but thanks for bringing it to my attention. I really think Kinski is creepy no matter what he's doing. If you saw it... was it subtitled and how was it? AMG gives it 2.5 stars, and I see that it's not on DVD. :(

Like Cobra Verde? I didn't see it, but it looks kinda interesting.

No, it wasn't subtitled. It's slow going but not a terrible flick. You just have to look past the obvious sets and budget restraints to enjoy the movie. I've never had a problem doing that though.

It seems like this used to come on either IFC or Sci-fi all the time.

I read Kinski's autobiography and he was one strange dude. His sexy daughter Natashia sued him for claiming in the book that he had sex with her. I agree, he was very cool in FAFDM. I liked him most in Aguire Wrath of God.

Pick a favorite VP movie? Impossible, I say. I couldn't choose.
