pick it up..read the 1st chapter...thats all i ask....that book blew me away. kool take on the zombie genre.

I've been meaning to read that all Summer. There is a sequel called City of the Dead i think. I've not read it, but you may want to check it out.

My cousin raves about this book.. I have not had a chance to read it yet..sounds rad though.

i have read the rising and city of the dead and they both rock!
the premise is the dead return to life with all of their memories and intelligence from before. i wont go into any further details as it may spoil the books for you, but i highly recommend reading both of them.
