Finally got filming done on my Odyssey movie, despite having a tooth ache, and it being filmed outside in 100 degree weather. Of course, all that got done this week is filming, and the tiny bit of editing that I did Monday night, because apparently that tooth ache was from an abscessed tooth that I'm getting a root canal for tomorrow. I haven't been able to edit because I've been sick from the tooth (couple of times it hurt so bad I was throwing up). Fortunately, I might be feeling up to editing some later today thanks to the wonderful, wonderful Vicodin, and I've got until Thursday to finish editing, and a lot of it was already done. But still...

well, I have Vicodin, so I'm fine (and by "fine", I of course mean "I wish I had some morphine")

STE, you poor thing. I have chronic headaches so I get Tylenol with Codeine. I think I'll take some for you.

I hope you feel better soon. If nothing else, tell your dentist that the Vicodin isn't helping, and you may get some Percoset. I'm hoping to one day score some oxycottin. I just want to see what it does.

I had a friend who'd gotten them. She had to take Accutaine, the most evil medication ever.

You could have a cyst, and if that's the case, you need to have it removed. It could start getting inflamed, painful, and infected (not necessarily in that order). Go see your doc.

oh, the Vicodin was/is working, I just wish I had some morphine. Actually, the Vicodin usually knocked me out before I felt it kick in. When I was actually awake for it, I felt like a big velvet sack full 'o puppies

I feel your pain. I have ONE wisdom tooth, that's it, but the fucker is impacted and sitting on a nerve. I don't have the money for a surgeon yet, and my dentist won't touch it (he thinks he could paralize my face).....it kills sometimes:(

I know it's a little late, but...urge had a good point.
For general toothaches, whether related to general sensetivity or something that requires dental work, you an use Oil of Clove.
It's a natural product, and it really does the job.
It won't fix anthing, but it WILL kill the pain almost instantly.
You can buy it at a herbalist, most chemists usually stock it too.
You'd be paying $8USD at most, and the stuff keeps indefinately.
It's the BEST natural remedy I've come across, and actually works quicker (and is active longer) than the "heavier" alternatives, and only effects the areas it touches, not your whole body.
I'd reccomend it to anyone for future reference.
