Hey. Just thought I'd say hello, and that I have loved horror movies all my life. Right now my favorites are Texas Chainsaw Massacre (love both of them, but like the current version better), 13 Ghosts, Nightmare on Elm Street (scared me to death as a teen), 28 Days Later, Dawn of the Dead, Shawn of the Dead (hilarious!), Resident Evil (I love zombie movies).
I found this site by accident looking at horror trailers, and I am so glad I found it. I love talking about horror movies, games, and books.

LMFAO!!:D :D
I don't know why but I just started laughing uncontrollably after reading this thread.
oh yeah....
Fuck Off
imo TCM '03 is an utter piece of shit compared to '74 and Resident Evil is just sad.
''To each his own''
p.s.
it took me like 5 minutes to make this post, I honestly have no idea why I just started laughing retardedly.

Actually I have never seen the original version of Dawn of the Dead (I know can you believe it), but I am actually getting ready to buy the original version. Yeah I do like the newer version of chainsaw massacare, but I still like the original alot. I wish I could go see the Land of the Dead, but my husband does not like horror movies at all, and I have an eight month old baby and I usually just wait for the movie to come out on dvd and buy it. It's going to be a long wait unless I can get my mom to babysit, but then I will still have to go by myself. I actually enjoy going by myself, but it is just hard to get the time to go.

Yes, buy Dawn (1978). It's really good. Just picked it up myself, but I've watched it countless times.
Don't bother going to see Land of the Dead. It was a huge letdown. I kind of felt like crying after I saw it. 20 years, and this is all he can do? Arghhhhh.
