yeah - cause the price of ppv is usually close to the price of buying a DVD

What'd you think of it? Here's my opinion, match-by match.
Royal Rumble 2006:
6-man Battle Royal for Cruiserweight Championship Kid Kash vs. Juvented vs. Funaki vs. Jamie Noble vs. Paul London vs. Gregory Helms
An okay match-up but definitely not great. It actually seemed to drag on for awhile to long. Just a way to get The Hurricane... er, Gregory Helms back over to Smackdown! with the cruiserweights. FACTOID: No Way Out 2006 had the exact same match-up for the title.
Mickie James vs. Ashley- SPECIAL REFEREE: Trish Stratus
Stupid match! Nuff' said.
JBL w/ Jillian Hall vs. Boogeyman w/ no talent
Yet another dumb fucking match-up! JBL isn't that afraid of the Undertaker, but he's afraid of the Boogeyman? What the fuck?!?
Royal Rumble Match
A good Royal Rumble match (like always), though started off really slowly. Too many damn eliminations way too quickly.
WWE Championship: Edge w/ Lita vs. John Cena w/o WWE Championship
This was the best match of the night (not counting Royal Rumble match). This isn't saying much, but doesn't change the fact that it was a decent championship bout. The wrong man came out the winner, but that's just my opinion. FACTOID: John Cena basically got his ass kicked the whole match, only to come back at the end to win it, like always.
World Heavyweight Championship: Mark Henry w/ Khosrow Davairi vs. Kurt Angle w/ hard nipples
This is the main event?!? What the fuck (this question came up a lot in this ppv)?!? Mark Henry is a walking piece of shit and didn't deserve a title shot. This was about 10-15 minutes max. The only reason this made main event was because of the Undertaker bit at the end.
Overall:
A huge disappointment! There were two passable matches and the Royal Rumble match itself. I've seen worse (Royal Rumble 2004), but this definitley ranks up with them! A waste of a good $35.00!

WrestleMania 22. Wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. Loved the Hardcore match! Barb wire, thumbtacks, flaming tables, and Edge as the victor. HELL YEAH!!!

Bah , I don't like Copeland and I certainly wouldn't want him to go over Foley but oh well, so continues the homewrecker's push heh.
