So, who here likes bad movies? Personally, I love some of them. I sort "bad" movies into three different sections.

*************

Section 1- The Boogeyman's Den

In this section, named for one of the best examples of it's content, I sort the bad movies that are so bad they're fun to watch. Another good example is Street Fighter.

*************

Section 2- Contagion Zone

In this section, I sort movies that are slow, boring, poorly written/acted/directed, or just all around stupid. Named for a great example of this, Contagion. Another example would be Alice's Adventures in Wonderland [Live action, Brittish]

*************

Section 3- The Creature's Home

This section comprises all the bad, chessy sci-fi/horror movies prominently, but not exlusivly, of the 50's--60's, many of which involve creatures. Some examples are most anything Ed Wood directed, and a personal favourite of mine, Attack of the Giant Leeches, along with many movies produced/directed by Roger Corman.

*************

I absolutly love Section 3, and Section 1 is pretty fun, too.

actually I'd put that one in the ''It's so bad I'd like to hunt down the talentless son of a bitch that made it and slowly lower him into a pool of blood thirsty piranha who haven't eaten in a week'' category.

I have bad taste in horror actually. I have shit like Astro Zombies, Horror Hotel, Shock Treatment...and I just bought The Braniac. Sometimes I wonder how I sit thru the movies I do.

Anyone remember that show mystery theater where these three guys(actually one guy and two puppets) watch a really crappy movie and make fun of it as it's playing? I used to laugh my ass off at some of the shit they would say.

I prefer his other films Glen Or Glenda and Bride Of The Monster for the so bad its good kinda thing. Plan 9 is way overatted in that vein in my opinon.

Pieces and Basket Case were two "So bad they're good" movies. The end of pieces had me rolling on the floor...
