Haha! The Faculty... I love this movie on so many levels... When I was 13 I saw this movie for the first time. I was sitting on the couch with my step sister and her friend on either side of me. The important part of this story is how my step sister's friend decided to have a little fun with me under the blanket... and nobody seemed to notice... besides that, it's a great movie. Famke Jansen is awesome... I can't believe she's like 40 now.

I thought From Dusk Till Dawn sucked, i never made it past the first terrible 5 minutes of either of it's bullshit straight to video sequals, and between "Soy Kids" and "Shark Boy and Lava Girl in 3D", i just want to smack him with a dead pig. I fucking hate preteen kids movies. Even when i was the age they were geared to, i found them retarded and insulting.


Hence i owned Robocop, Alien and Aliens as my first movies, when i was 12.

the dusk til dawn sequels are crap - rodriguez didnt have anything to do with them ... but the origional was a gas .. (i do know a lot of people dont like that movis - and every single one of them cites the reason as being the abrupt change from ganster to horror - wich i loved ... no one comments on anything else)

I missed Soy kids - are you sure that isnt a chinese film ? :)

i'm all fired up for Shark Boy - we'll be there with bells on..

and as far as once upon a time in mexico goes - i love it more with each viewing ... and Sin City is amazing ..

Havent seen once upon a time in mexico yet, but i imagine i will like it for the same reasons i liked desperado. Plus it has johnny depp.

But Dusk til dawn grates on me . i liked it at first, then it got old real quick.

Soy kids... haha you bastard.... I still am suffering from sleep deprivation. And without my speeling and grammar checking, how am i supposed to spell things correctly? Im a writer,not a godamn dictionary!

And the Soy Kids sequal had sylvester stallone. i think he was a huge block of evil tofu.

i like kids movies - but i'm highly critical of them ...

i judge them as movies for kids, and then as movies for kids knowing adults will be with them ..

i have no issue with the spy kids movies - i think they are fun and well made .. although i agree the 3rd one was the weakest - it seemed very rushed ... but it still had its fun moments.


if nothing else - i see these movies with a 4 year old .. he's the one to judge really ...he's the true target audience...

Dusk Til Dawn - i can watch it once a week and never get tired of it - Clooney is the epitome of cool in that movie ...

Great movie. I also really dug El Mariachi and From Dusk Till Dawn also. I thought Once Upon a Time in Mexico really sucked and don't really enjoy Desperado anymore (loved it when it first came out).
