Hey,
I know I am new and all and this may have been suggested already but I couldn't find anything about it, but I think a forum for foreign films would be great. I have a new found interest in foreign horror films and think a place to discuss these films exclusively would be a great thing.
thanks

other horror forums have it..like Horrorfind forums...I like it better without...because if you gonna talk about a movie like "Ringu"..you cant do in the modern horror movie site..you "have" to do in the foreign site...it just makes thing more complicated than it have to be.....

i got to argee with urg on this one im not really a big fan of horror with subtitles, some are ok abut alot are just really annoying and about the same damn thing( 90% are about ghost and i dont like ghost films that much im more into slasher, zombie, creature, etc horror). i like some films out of japan but most of the time the only forign horror i like comes out of europe. i love japan but im not really sold on them making horror film( live action) im a big fan of anime but not japanese cinema( except some action and chop socki films). some films are original but alot are just fucking boaring as hell.

as for a form all its own it donsnt need or diserve one, slasherman was right it would just get to confusing on where to put shit( and some people have enough trrobile with that now).

However...Although I like a few foreign horror films, I prefer to have them dubbed...It irritates me to have to 'read a movie'...It causes me to miss what happens on the screen, and if I happen to turn my head to get a drink, or a handful of popcorn, I end up missing something, and losing my place in what's going on because I don't know what was said...

the only good horror nowadays is foreign. Watch audition, plus on dvd you can dub it so people say the things. i watched house of flying daggers with dubbing, it almost completely matched the mouths.
